In the spirit of the speech just given and the general agreement about the legislation before us, I declare that the following bills are referred to the Federal Chamber for further consideration: Marriage (Celebrant Registration Charge) Bill 2014 and Marriage Amendment (Celebrant Administration and Fees) Bill 2014.
