My question is to the Prime Minister. I refer to the Prime Minister's previous answers that this is an honest budget—and my favourite is that he said there are no broken promises. Prime Minister, how on earth can anyone ever believe anything you ever say again?

That question really is outside the standing orders. It is not a question of substance. If the Leader of the Opposition would like to redraft his question to put some substance into it he may do so.

I am happy to. I refer to the Prime Minister's previous answers in this question time, and yesterday, describing the budget as an honest budget—and my favourite is that he said there are no broken promises. How on earth can anyone ever believe anything this Prime Minister ever says again?

I am sorry. That is the same question. I call the honourable member for Eden-Monaro.
