I inform the House that the Minister for Foreign Affairs will be absent from question time today, as she is in Samoa attending the Third International Conference on Small Island Developing States. The Deputy Prime Minister will answer questions on her behalf. I also inform the House that the Treasurer is unwell and will be absent from question time today. The Minister for Trade and Investment will answer questions on his behalf.
