Before I call the Hon. Leader of the Opposition, I wish to advise the House that we have with this in the gallery today the Hon. Harry Jenkins, former member for Scullin and former distinguished Speaker of this House. We also have with us the Hon. Wilson Tuckey, former minister in the Howard government and former member for O'Connor. We make them both very welcome.
