Before I give the call to the honourable member for Jagajaga, I wish to advise the House that we have in the gallery today the Hon. Gary Higgins, Minister for Sport and Recreation, Environment, Arts and Museums in the Northern Territory. We also have with us Mr Paul Marek, the former member for Capricornia.
