My question is to the Prime Minister. Is the Prime Minister aware that WA Premier Colin Barnett said in relation to section 2 of the Perth Freight Link that the WA government has not selected a route, has not designed it and has not done the planning and that the connection is still a long way away? Does the Prime Minister agree that proper planning should be undertaken—

This is a good project, it should go ahead, and this government is determined to ensure that it gets built.
