The Prime Minister will be absent from question time as he is attending the Pacific Islands Forum in Papua New Guinea. I will answer questions on his behalf. The Minister for Justice will be absent from question time while he tends to urgent portfolio matters. The Minister for Foreign Affairs will answer questions on his behalf.
