My question is again to the Special Minister of State. I refer to the minister's answer yesterday. How does the minister respond to the following words contained in an AFP search warrant—and I quote in part: 'between 23 March and 13 April 2012, Malcolm Thomas Brough counselled and procured James Hunter Ashby, being a Commonwealth officer, to disclose extracts from the Speaker of the House of Representatives' official diary and provide those extracts to third parties without authority, contrary to section 70 of the Crimes Act 1914'?

I refer the honourable member to my last answer.
