My question is to the Prime Minister. How can the Special Minister of State retain responsibility for integrity in government when an AFP search warrant states—and I quote in part: 'between 23 March and 13 April 2012, Malcolm Thomas Brough counselled and procured James Hunter Ashby to access restricted data—namely, the former Speaker of the House of Representative's official diary, contrary to section 478 of the Criminal Code 1995?'

The honourable member would know, as a Queen's Counsel, that there is no new information about this matter since he asked me the same question yesterday. Therefore, I refer him to the answer I gave him yesterday.
