My question is again to the Special Minister of State. I referred to the minister's previous answer when I asked: does the minister ask the Australian Federal Police to investigate when staff members employed under the Members of Parliament (Staff) Act provide unauthorised access to a member of parliament's official diary? The question is not whether this event has happened. The question is: how does government policy dictate the minister should act?
