My question is again to the Special Minister of State. I refer to the minister's answers in question time last week and today. On 29 March 2012 the minister texted his email address to James Ashby so that he could be sent a better quality copy of the Speaker's diary. Ashby replied, and I quote: 'Done. Coming through in minutes.' Did the minister receive those unauthorised copies of the Speaker's diary? Is conduct of this nature consistent with the standards the government applies to this minister's portfolio?

I refer the honourable member to the findings of the Federal Court, which brought down their findings on 27 April 2014. In particular, you might wish to refer to paras 122 to 124.
