I have received a message from the Senate informing the House of the appointment of senators as participating members of the Joint Standing Committee on Electoral Matters for the committee's inquiry into the Commonwealth Electoral Amendment Bill 2016. As the list is a lengthy one, I do not propose to read it to the House. Details will be recorded in the Votes and Proceedings.
