I move:

That this House, for the purposes of considering the notice given by the Member for McMillan in relation to the report of the Committee of Privileges and Members’ Interests into whether the former Member for Dobell deliberately misled the House, varies paragraph 1(a) of the resolution of the House of 25 November 2009 relating to ‘Procedures of the House of Representatives for dealing with matters of contempt’, by omitting ‘seven’ and inserting ‘two’.
