Given we are now past the time that we would normally adjourn on a Thursday night and given that the Senate is not making any progress that would cause us to need to stay here, I suggest that the House be suspended until the ringing of the bells, which I recommend not be before 9 am tomorrow in order to give colleagues some certainty about when they need to be back in the building. My recommendation is that we suspend the House and return at the ringing of the bells, no later than 9 am tomorrow.
