My question is to the Prime Minister. In the Prime Minister's Closing the gap report this year the Prime Minister appears in a photo at Fregon Anangu School in the remote APY Lands. Can the Prime Minister confirm that Fregon Anangu School will lose over $100,000 next year compared to actual funding it received in 2015? Why use these kids for a photo opportunity and then cut funding to their school, one of the most disadvantaged in the nation?

I thank the honourable member for her question. The work that is being done by the teachers in the APY Lands is extraordinary, and I was honoured to be in their company and in the company of the children. My government is providing more funding to support schools and particularly children in remote areas, Indigenous students, than ever before. The honourable member has a habit of producing statistics in the House. I will take her question on notice, and I will return to it later in the course of question time.
