My question is to the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister is attending the Pacific Islands Forum in Samoa tomorrow. How can the Prime Minister allow the Deputy Prime Minister to be Acting Prime Minister when we don't even know if he's constitutionally qualified to be a member of this parliament? Why is the Prime Minister abusing the trust of the Australian people by being so reckless with the leadership of the nation?

The member for Barker will cease interjecting. The Prime Minister has the call.

That question, too, has a very familiar ring, and I refer the honourable member to my earlier answer.
