As indicated in my statement on Monday, 11 September 2017, I now present the class A records of the Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry into the conduct of the late Justice Lionel Keith Murphy. The class A records are those relating specifically to Justice Murphy's conduct. For the sake of completeness I also present the class B records of the inquiry. The class B records have been available on the Australian Parliament House website since 19 December 2016. The class A records will be published shortly on the Australian Parliament House website, under the authority of the standing orders of each House.
