For the information of members, I present a copy of a letter from the Chief Executive and Principal Registrar of the High Court of Australia dated 8 December 2017, relating to the reference to the Court of Disputed Returns of the qualification of the member for Batman, Mr David Feeney, and the sitting of the court in connection with the matter.
