In accordance with standing order 133, I shall now proceed to put the question on the motion moved by the honourable member for Hunter on which a division was called for earlier today and deferred in accordance with the standing orders. No further debate is allowed.

The original question was that this bill be read a second time. To this the honourable member for Hunter has moved as an amendment that all words after 'That' be omitted with a view to substituting other words. The immediate question is that the amendment moved by the member for Hunter be agreed to.
