People will have noticed that the member for Kingston isn't here. One of the things that has changed this parliament is new mums giving birth. I want to congratulate Amanda on the birth of Oscar Thomas Walker at 1.24 pm yesterday. We congratulate Amanda and the family. On behalf of the parliament, I wish Amanda, Oscar and the entire family, including Oscar's older brother Percy, all the best.

I think all members on the government side would like to join with you in congratulating the member for Kingston on the birth of her son. It is a wonderful thing, and it is a beautiful name.
