My question is to the Minister for Government Services. Last night he told the ABC:
Bank records, of course, are always available for seven years and the department won't be going back after seven years in terms of recovering that …
Does the minister stand by that statement?

I thank the member for his question. I do stand by that statement. As at today, for the Department of Human Services, under the income compliance, all forward letters that will be going to people will be starting at the 2013-14 financial year. There may well be some outstanding notices from previous financial years, but forward letters going out to ask about a discrepancy will be from the 2013-14 financial year onwards.
