asked the Treasurer, in writing, on 04 December 2019 - (1) Is it a fact that in March 2019 the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority announced that it will be reviewing and updating its guidance on the sole purpose test as per Superannuation Circular No. III.A.4.(2) Is Superannuation Circular No. III.A.4 still in force as guidance.(3) When will the updated guidance become available.
