My question is to the Prime Minister. This week, members of the government, in both the Senate and the House, moved amendments to a bill which directly contradict a decision of cabinet on the Murray-Darling Basin Plan. Isn't the only way to ensure implementation of the plan for the Prime Minister to take the water portfolio away from the National Party, and will he do so when he reshuffles his frontbench?
