That this bill be now read a second time.

The Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (Charges) Amendment Bill 2021 will amend the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (Charges) Act 2021to correctly refer to the charges to be established under the proposed amendments to the Education Services for Overseas Students (Registration Charges) Act 1997.

I commend this bill to the chamber.
