We're living through difficult times, and no-one doubts that. There are, throughout all of our 151 electorates across this country, people who are suffering the effects of this pandemic, particularly from a mental health perspective. I want to send a message out to those people who are struggling, right here, this afternoon, that there is hope. We will get through this. We will get through this together. This government has a plan. Based on the research of the Doherty institute, once 70 to 80 per cent of people are double vaccinated in this country, we will start to open up.
