[by video link] My question is to the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister said, 'Ultimately everything is a state matter.' Was it the states or the Prime Minister who backed Clive Palmer's attempt to tear down the Western Australian border last year and expose Western Australians to COVID? Can the Prime Minister confirm his support of Clive Palmer cost taxpayers $1 million, some of which went directly to Mr Palmer?

As I've said previously, state borders are state matters, and the Commonwealth did not pursue that matter.
