My question is to the Prime Minister. Why didn't the Prime Minister agree to the recommendation of the Respect@Work report that employers have a positive duty to protect workers from sexual harassment in the workplace?

Forty-two of the 55 recommendations of the Respect@Work report are fully implemented and are fully funded, with over $60 million in commitments, and work is underway on all of the recommendations.
