My question is to the Minister for Small Business. I refer to page 52 of the regulation impact statement from the fair work amendment bill. In calculating the cost of multiemployer bargaining, the report states, '$273,700 divided by 15.2 is $12,878 per business.' Is the minister aware that that figure divided by 15.2 actually equals $18,006? Or is this a mistake, with the government deliberately trying to hide the significant cost which businesses are set to pay?

I thank the member for her question. As she would be aware, regulatory impact statements are prepared by the department responsible for that legislation. That department is the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations, and the minister responsible—
