Mr Speaker, I have a question for you about the rules in relation to relevance. We've asked a series of very tight questions this afternoon. My question to you is: how could questions possibly be tighter? We've seen very tight questions, then the Prime Minister giving all kinds of discursive responses but not being brought back to the question.

Under Practice, questions to the Speaker at the end of question time are not meant to be re-litigating individual rulings; they're meant to be on administrative matters only.
