My question is to the Minister for Indigenous Australians. The Voice referendum working group member and Yes 23 director Thomas Mayo has stated:

… we keep going, we maintain this momentum, until we change the system, until we tear down the institutions …

On what basis did the minister appoint Mr Mayo to the referendum working group?
