My question is to the Minister for Indigenous Australians. Professor Megan Davis, a member of the government's referendum group, has written of the Voice: 'The Voice will be able to speak to Reserve Bank.' Minister, would the Voice have the power to offer advice to the Reserve Bank on interest rates?

The Reserve Bank is independent. Not even the Prime Minister can influence the Reserve Bank.
