My question is for the Minister for Indigenous Australians. At the Garma Festival last year, the minister said the Uluru Statement talks about three things: the Voice; treaty and agreement-making; and truth-telling. Will the Voice. Treaty. Truth. process involve any financial payment by the Commonwealth?

I have repeatedly stood up here and explained the need for the Voice and the need for constitutional recognition, and I have spoken extensively about the Uluru statement. I refer you back to all of those statements.
