In accordance with standing order 133, the question will now be put on the motion moved on the second reading speech for the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Amendment Bill 2023, on which a division was called for and deferred in accordance with the standing order. The matter before the House is the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Amendment Bill 2023. The question is that the bill be read a second time.
