My question is to the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government. Did the minister or her office have any communication with the outgoing Qantas CEO, Alan Joyce, or any representative of Qantas regarding the application for additional flights to and from Australia by Qatar Airways before the minister made her decision to reject the application?

Thanks very much to the Deputy Leader of the Opposition for her question. As you'd expect, my department undertook consultation with relevant aviation stakeholders, and I was well aware of different stakeholders' views when I took the decision.
