My question is to the Minister for Immigration, Citizenship and Multicultural Affairs. Can the minister advise the House whether any of the 81 hardcore criminals released into the community following the High Court's decision last week were released into the community without a visa?

I thank the Leader of the Opposition for his question. I can confirm that all of those individuals required to be released as a result of the decision of the High Court are on bridging visas with appropriate conditions.
