My question is to the Minister for Immigration, Citizenship and Multicultural Affairs. Can the minister confirm all seven murderers and 37 sex offenders have been and remain continuously monitored?

As I think I've said on a couple of occasions, every individual required to be released by reason of the High Court decision is subject to at least one of four layers of protection, including the stringent visa conditions which apply to everyone in the cohort.
