Before I call the member for Warringah, I'd also like to welcome some guests to the parliament. I'm pleased to inform the House that present in the gallery today is the new ambassador of France to Australia, His Excellency Pierre-Andre Imbert.

I'm also pleased to inform the House that there is a group visiting from Timor-Leste that includes the Secretary of State for Social Communication, His Excellency Expedito Ximenes, and the president of Radio and Television of Timor-Leste, Mr Jose Belo, as guests of the assistant foreign minister.
