My question is to the Minister for Immigration, Citizenship and Multicultural Affairs. Out of the 149 hardcore criminals released by the Albanese government, how many rapists and sex offenders have re-offended since being released?

I thank the member for his question. As I've said previously to the House, where individuals offend or breach their visa conditions, they will face those consequences, which are a matter for state or Commonwealth law enforcement agencies.
