I'm pleased to inform the House that present in the gallery today, as was the case yesterday and for the remainder of this week, are the hard-working local councillors and mayors from across Australia. They are in Canberra this week for the annual National General Assembly of Local Government, the theme of which is building community trust. On behalf for members, I welcome our local mayors and counsellors to question time.
