In accordance with the provisions of the Auditor-General Act 1997, I present the following reports of the Auditor-General:
Report no. 41 of 2005-06: Performance Audit: Administration of primary care funding agreements: Department of Health and Ageing;
Report no. 42 of 2005-06: Performance Audit: Administration of the 30 per cent private health insurance rebate follow-up audit: Australian Taxation Office, Department of Health and Ageing, Medicare Australia;
