Mr President, I rise on a point of order. Clearly the minister was asked a question and is obliged to answer it not duck it. It is a very important question about an Australian citizen and international law, and it is his obligation to give an answer, not to simply say that he will not. Mr President, I ask you to get him to give an answer to that question.
