I do not have specific answers to those specific questions in relation to the ministerial council, but what I can reiterate for the benefit of Senator Siewert and other senators in this place is that the advice that the government has received is that the communication strategy that has particular relevance to that community needs to be made relevant to that community through the creative participation of that community. I have been advised that there could be issues relating to the availability of some of the people who are able to present that particular advice. I think that the government is acting expeditiously and sensitively to the needs and desires of the local Aboriginal community in Alice Springs.
