My question is to the Minister for Communications, Information Technology and the Arts, Senator Coonan. Will the minister advise the Senate of any developments in the delivery of mobile phone coverage in rural and regional areas and how the government will continue to ensure existing coverage and services are protected? Further, is the minister aware of any alternative policies?
