It is not very often that I extend a helping hand to the minister, but in the interests of getting these matters dealt with, I will do so. As I understand it, amendments (8) and (9) are consequential on the provisions of the Independent Contractors Bill 2006. They are unremarkable other than that Labor are opposed to the bill in any event. So, consistent with that, we are not going to support these amendments. I want to make some comments in relation to amendments (10) to (13), but it might be as well to do that after the minister has outlined those amendments.
