The Greens will likewise be opposing these amendments. The Greens’ views on the ABCC are well known; they have been articulated in this place. I am deeply concerned about the operation of the ABCC, particularly the way it has been functioning in Western Australia. I know more about that state than I do the other states. We will be opposing any expansion of the ABCC’s powers under this legislation.
