Government amendments (10) to (13) make substantial changes to the legislation. I could give a dissertation in relation to each of schedules, but, with respect to the time available to the chamber, I simply refer honourable senators to the explanatory memoranda that deal with those issues and I will take any questions that may excite the interest of honourable senators during the committee stage.
