The government has moved a number of amendments, including to Work Choices legislation, so I am trying to clarify exactly what we are doing. Labor will be opposing these amendments. I ask the minister to explain what is intended by amendment (1) in relation to the introduction of a new paragraph (c). Perhaps you can explain why that is being done.
