simply fund Gardasil without any negotiation over price. She was going to do it without any discussions or negotiation with the company about the cost-effective delivery of Gardasil, which would have cost taxpayers hundreds of millions of dollars. Even without Mr Rudd’s new policy program, it is pretty clear that Labor’s promises and their approach to financial management will see a return to the big spending, big deficit policies we saw in the past under Mr Keating and what we are now seeing under all the state Labor governments.
