I raise a point of order, Mr President. The minister did not use his five minutes. He now has one minute to answer the two pertinent questions: one question is about the millions of dollars of taxpayers’ money and the other is about an independent review. I ask you, Mr President, to seek the minister’s answer to those questions before he sits down in this place.
