I refer you to the Social Security and Other Legislation Amendment (Welfare Payment Reform) Bill 2007 at page 99, under 123ZO where subclause 18 says:
... a decision under Part 3B of this Act that relates to a person who is subject to the income management regime undersection 123UB.
